So I was in Staples picking up some items today (note: all CPAs are office supply junkies), and I ran into this item:
This, ladies and gentlemen is cool. It is a device which applies page reinforcers (known as PA's because, well, they're a pain) to a hole in a piece of paper. The task of applying these reinforcers was the most miserable part of my existence as a junior staff person. Everyone used the Avery page reinforcers, and they were universally hated by staff around the world.
The device is $4.99, and comes with a set of refills and a decent hole punch. If you're not paperless (and I hope you're not, especially for confirmations, engagement letters, and rep letters), I HIGHLY recommend this device. Initial tests show that the darned thing works.
